Job Description

Penmac Staffing is now hiring dependable Floaters for a leading manufacturing partner in West Plains. Positions are available on 3rd shift at a starting pay of $15.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:

Work across multiple positions within mill or finish line production areas.

Follow all responsibilities outlined for each role assigned.

Maintain safety, quality, and production standards at all times.

Assist team members and support overall production goals.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervision or management.

Qualifications:

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Flexible and willing to learn multiple roles in the production process.

Physical Requirements:

Frequent standing, walking, bending, stretching, stooping, reaching, twisting, and repetitive movements.

Regularly lift/move up to 10 lbs, occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbs, and occasionally push over 100 lbs.

Work in a non-temperature-controlled, loud manufacturing environment.

Ability to navigate stairs and work safely around moving mechanical equipment.

Mental Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and focus on task at hand.

Ability to analyze problems, think critically, and implement solutions.

Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Work independently or as part of a team with a strong sense of urgency.

Maintain punctual and regular attendance.

Communicate clearly and work well with others.
