Packer / Production AssociatePay Rate: $18.91 per hour plus shift differential
Schedule:Full-time (Various shift availability)

2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 3pm-11pm
3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM-7:00 AM
(with OT has required)
Location: Baxter Springs, KS

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a stable manufacturing company that values safety, teamwork, and quality.Requirements for the Packer / Production Associate

Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced production environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be willing to follow all safety policies and procedures

Packer / Production Associate ResponsibilitiesAs a Packer / Production Associate, you will play an important role in the manufacturing process by ensuring products are packaged correctly and meet quality standards. Job duties include:

Pack finished products accurately and efficiently
Inspect products for quality and report any concerns
Assist with various production line operations
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow production schedules and work instructions
Adhere to all workplace safety guidelines
Support team members and other departments as needed
