Looking for a full-time, first-shift opportunity with the potential to grow into a long-term career? Penmac Staffing is now hiring Assemblers for a temp-to-hire position in the Heber Springs area. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy working with their hands and being part of a team-focused manufacturing environment. Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, 1st Shift
Job Type: Temp-to-HireAssembler ResponsibilitiesAs an Assembler, you will help build and assemble products according to production specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards. Responsibilities may include:

Assembling components and parts using hand and power tools
Reading and following work instructions and assembly procedures
Inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met
Packaging completed products for shipment
Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Working efficiently to meet daily production goals
Following all company safety policies and procedures

Requirements for the Assembler Position

Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be willing to submit to required pre-employment screenings
