Job Description

Start a hands-on role as a Assembly Associate supporting the manufacturing and distribution of exterior building materials. This full-time, temp-to-hire position is ideal for dependable, career-oriented individuals who are looking for a long-term opportunity and growth within a production environment.
Schedule & Pay
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
$19.00 per hour
Requirements for the Assembly Associate

Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Able to follow written instructions and quality standards
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Willing to submit to required pre-employment screenings

Assembly Associate Responsibilities

Assemble, inspect, and package building products with attention to quality
Operate basic tools and production equipment safely
Load and unload materials for production and shipping
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Assist with inventory, labeling, and order fulfillment
Work with team members to meet daily production goals
