Job Description

Penmac Staffing is hiring Assembly Workers for full-time, temp-to-hire opportunities in the Versailles area. Pay and Schedule for Assembly Workers

Pay: $16.64 per hour, paid weekly
Full-time with overtime available
Shifts available:
- Day Shift: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. FOR TRAINING
- Evening Shift: 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
- Overnight Shift: 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Requirements for the Assembly Worker

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis
Able to stand and walk for 8 to 12 hour shifts
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Good communication skills
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Basic math, reading, computer, and measurement skills
Willingness to submit to a drug screen and criminal background check

Assembly Worker Responsibilities

Operate manufacturing and assembly equipment in a team environment
Inspect and handle metal components and raw materials
Assist in the production of rubber hoses and hydraulic couplings
Maintain quality standards and follow all safety procedures
Prepare finished products for packaging and shipment
