OEM Sales Manager – Fluent German RequiredDallas, NC Area | Direct HirePenmac Staffing is recruiting for a German-speaking OEM Sales Manager on behalf of a global automotive supplier specializing in plastic injection molding, 2-shot molding technology, metal components, and assembly solutions.This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing U.S. startup operation backed by the strength and stability of an established German manufacturer with more than 1,500 employees worldwide. You'll play a key role in building the North American business, developing OEM relationships, and driving growth across automotive and industrial markets.What You'll Do

Develop and grow OEM business throughout North America.
Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Lead the sales process from prospecting and RFQs to negotiations and program launch.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and global account teams to deliver successful projects.
Manage customer forecasts, pricing, contracts, and account growth strategies.
Travel throughout the U.S., Canada, and occasionally internationally.

What We're Looking For

Fluent German and English (required) – daily communication with headquarters in Germany.
5+ years of OEM sales, business development, or account management experience.
Experience in plastic injection molding, plastics manufacturing, or automotive components.
Proven success developing new business and growing customer accounts.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
