Job Description

CNC Machine OperatorPay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, 1st Shift
Location:Joplin, MO The Joplin Penmac office is seeking dependable and experienced CNC Machine Operators for a full-time opportunity with a local manufacturing client. This is a great opportunity for candidates with CNC machine operating experience who are looking for a stable, long-term job with a consistent schedule and overtime opportunities.Requirements for the CNC Machine OperatorTo be considered for this CNC Machine Operator position, candidates must have:

At least 6 months of CNC machine operating experience
Experience using precision measuring instruments, including calipers and micrometers
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work overtime as needed
Willingness to submit to a criminal background check and drug screen

CNC Machine Operator ResponsibilitiesAs a CNC Machine Operator, you will:

Operate CNC machinery according to production specifications
Measure and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other gauges
Monitor machine performance and identify quality concerns
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow all company safety and production guidelines
Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards

Schedule and Pay

Monday through Thursday
6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Overtime required as needed
30-minute lunch break
Two paid 10-minute breaks
Starting pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour *Pay will increase once rolled to a perm position
