Part-Time | Monday-Thursday 12:30 PM-4:30 PM, Friday 8:30 AM-12:30 PM
Potential for Full-Time Employment After TrainingRequirements for the Client Outreach SpecialistWe're looking for motivated individuals who enjoy talking with people, building relationships, and working toward goals. Previous sales experience is not required. We provide training for the right candidate. Qualifications include:

Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
Comfortable speaking with business contacts by phone throughout the day
Professional, friendly, and confident communication style
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM software
Strong organization and attention to detail

Client Outreach Specialist ResponsibilitiesPenmac Staffing is recruiting for an established and growing Brainerd Lakes Area company seeking a Client Outreach Specialist. In this role, you'll help generate new business opportunities by contacting prospective clients, identifying interest, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. Daily responsibilities include:

Make outbound calls using company-provided contact lists
Introduce company services in a professional and engaging manner
Ask qualifying questions to identify potential business opportunities
Schedule appointments for the sales team
Enter accurate call notes and client information into the CRM system
Follow established calling scripts and proven outreach processes
Meet daily and weekly activity and appointment goals
Represent the company professionally in every interaction

This is not a high-pressure sales position. Your primary goal is starting conversations, creating positive first impressions, and connecting interested prospects with the sales team.Rewards and Benefits
