Job Description

A local financial firm in the Brainerd Lakes area is seeking dynamic, Administrative Assistant & Customer Service Representative for a long-term career opportunities!
Part-time position:

Answer phones.
Routing Incoming calls
Email follow ups with existing clients.
Processing account changes for existing clients
Data Entry
Scanning
Assist with general office support.

Skill & requirements:

Business hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Great customer service skills
Great phone skills
Attention to detail
Team player
Good computer skills

Compensation & Benefits:

$18.00-$21.00 per hour based on previous experience.
Once hired on with this company you will be offered Health Insurance
