Job Description

Pay: $17.00 per hour Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM.
Penmac Staffing is seeking a dependable, experienced cutter for a manufacturing client. In this hands-on manufacturing role, you will help fabricate quality glass and related materials while supporting a safe, efficient production environment. Successful candidates are detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to delivering high-quality work.Requirements

Experience in glass cutting, assembly line operations, or a manufacturing environment preferred
Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
Ability to perform frequent bending, twisting, squatting, pulling, and lifting
Ability to stand for extended periods
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues
Familiarity with press operations and tooling concepts preferred
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Previous warehouse, packaging, or production experience preferred
Reliable transportation
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

Cut and fabricate glass and related materials according to production specifications
Operate equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining quality standards
Inspect products for quality and accuracy
Assist with assembly, packaging, and material handling activities as needed
Follow established safety procedures and work instructions
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and communicate maintenance concerns when needed
Support production goals while maintaining high standards of workmanship
Complete other duties as assigned
