What You'll Do

Follow lesson plans and activities provided by regular staff to ensure a consistent learning experience
Supervise and engage children in educational and recreational activities
Create a positive, safe, and welcoming environment for all children
Manage groups effectively to encourage participation and positive behavior
Maintain a high level of care and attention to children's needs throughout the day

Requirements

Complete a fingerprint background check (contact Penmac before completing this step)
Complete required training provided by Penmac
Ability to work effectively with children and staff
Dependable, patient, and professional attitude
