Fab Kitter - $18.68/Hour
Full-Time | Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM | Overtime Available on Fridays | Lebanon, MO
Are you detail-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Penmac Staffing is hiring a Fab Kitter for a leading manufacturer in the Lebanon area. This is a full-time opportunity offering a consistent schedule, competitive pay, and the chance to be part of a team that helps keep production running smoothly.
As a Fab Kitter, you will be responsible for gathering materials and components needed for production by using pick tickets and maintaining accurate inventory records. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, inventory management, and supporting production operations.
Requirements

Good communication skills and a positive attitude
Ability to work well with others in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
Ability to stay organized and maintain a clean work area
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
Commitment to following all safety procedures
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, twist, push, and pull throughout the shift
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

Pull raw materials and MRO materials using pick tickets
Gather parts for production lines, yard orders, and parts orders
Create and organize boat kits for production use
Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits as required
Track inventory discrepancies using cycle count reports, backorder sheets, transfer sheets, and scamper sheets
Maintain an organized stockroom and work area
Perform daily housekeeping duties to support a safe work environment
Assist with additional fabrication department duties as assigned

Pay and Schedule

$18.68 per hour
Monday through Thursday
6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Overtime available on Fridays
Full-time position
