Job Description

Pay: $20.00 per hourSchedule: Full-Time; Monday - Friday; 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Are you an organized, customer-focused professional who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly? Penmac Staffing is seeking a Front Office Dispatcher to support a busy service-based operation. This position plays a key role in coordinating technicians in the field, communicating with customers, and ensuring accurate information is entered and tracked throughout the day. Requirements

Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Close attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment
Comfortable interacting with customers, technicians, and coworkers both in person and over the phone
Basic computer and data entry skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities throughout the day
Must be willing to submit to required pre-employment screenings

Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls and provide professional customer service
Gather customer information and complete data intake accurately
Enter and maintain customer and service information in company systems
Dispatch technicians to service calls and coordinate schedules as needed
Communicate updates and information between customers and field technicians
Assist technicians by providing pricing information and other support while they are in the field
Welcome and assist customers and employees visiting the office
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Support daily office operations and administrative functions as needed
