Job Description

Job Title: General Laborer – Manufacturing Facility
Location: Strafford, MO
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 3:30 PM – 1:30 AM

Job Summary:
A manufacturing facility in Strafford, MO is seeking dependable General Laborers to support production operations on second shift. This position assists with the assembly and handling of metal enclosures and related components used in telecommunications and electrical infrastructure. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the assembly of metal enclosures and equipment cabinets
Operate basic hand tools and production equipment as needed
Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
Prepare parts and components for assembly, finishing, or shipment
Inspect products for quality and ensure they meet specifications
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Support other departments or production tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Ability to stand, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Previous manufacturing or general labor experience is a plus but not required

Work Environment:

Manufacturing/production facility
Exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures
Use of personal protective equipment may be required

Schedule:

Monday – Thursday
3:30 PM – 1:30 AM
Full-time with possible overtime
