General Labor - Full-Time, Part-Time & On-Call OpportunitiesLooking for flexible work or a full-time position? Penmac Staffing in Brainerd is now hiring General Laborers for a variety of opportunities with local manufacturing, warehouse, production, and industrial employers. We have full-time, part-time, and on-call positions available to fit a variety of schedules.Requirements for the General LaborerSuccessful candidates should be:

Dependable and punctual
Willing to work in manufacturing and production environments
Able to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, twist, and stand for extended periods
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
Able to follow safety procedures and work instructions
Willing to learn new skills and work as part of a team
Able to submit to pre-employment screening requirements as needed by the client

General Laborer ResponsibilitiesDuties vary by assignment and may include:

Assembly and production work
Packaging and labeling products
Material handling and warehouse tasks
Loading and unloading materials
Machine operation assistance
Cleaning and maintaining work areas
Quality inspections
General manufacturing and labor support
