JanitorialPay: Starting at $13.25/hour, with the potential for a higher starting rate based on years of relevant experience
Shift: Full-Time, Night Shift
Shift Differential: 10% night-shift differentialPosition OverviewWe are seeking a dependable and hardworking Floor Care Technician to join our team on a full-time night shift. This position is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and presentable floors and surrounding areas throughout the facility.Candidates with previous floor care or commercial cleaning experience are preferred, but individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn are encouraged to apply.Responsibilities

Perform routine floor care, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, stripping, waxing, and buffing as needed
Operate floor-care equipment safely and effectively
Maintain cleanliness of floors and designated areas throughout the facility
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
Properly use and store cleaning supplies and equipment
Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Complete assigned duties efficiently while working independently

Qualifications

Previous floor care or commercial cleaning experience preferred
Ability to work a full-time night shift
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to safely operate or learn to operate floor-care equipment
Ability to perform physical duties associated with cleaning and floor maintenance

Compensation

Starting pay: $13.25/hour
10% night-shift differential
Starting rate may be higher depending on relevant years of experience
