Penmac Staffing is hiring Machine Operators for a plastic manufacturing facility in Mountain Home, AR. This position is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a production environment and are committed to quality and safety.Requirements for the Machine Operator

Must have reliable transportation
Ability to stand and work on your feet for the entire shift
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to safely lift, stack, and move boxes throughout the shift
Must be comfortable using a pallet jack and box cutter when required
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Safety-minded and dependable with good attendance

Machine Operator ResponsibilitiesAs a Machine Operator, you will rotate between multiple production machines and perform a variety of manufacturing duties, including:

Removing plastic parts from machines
Trimming excess flashing from molded products
Inspecting parts for defects and quality concerns
Applying barcode labels and stickers to finished products
Counting parts accurately and packaging them according to specifications
Stacking completed boxes for shipment
Maintaining a clean and safe work area
Following all company safety and quality procedures

Schedule and Pay

Full-Time
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
