Job Description

Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Nevada, MO
Employment Type: Full-time
Shift: Rotating 12-hour Day Shift (7:00am–7:00pm)
Schedule: Monday–Sunday, rotating schedule of 3 days on/4 days off, followed by 4 days on/3 days off.
Summary of the Role:The Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to producing quality products while following all safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment throughout the production process.
Make basic machine adjustments to maintain efficient production.
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
Identify and report equipment malfunctions or production issues.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.
Accurately complete production documentation.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical labor.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Ability to work a rotating 12-hour schedule, including weekends.
Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.

Compensation:$19.00 per hour
