Job Description

Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: El Dorado Springs, MO
Employment Type: Full-time
Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:00pm–2:30am
Summary of the Role:The Machine Operator will operate and monitor production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position requires strong attention to detail, dependability, and the ability to maintain production and quality standards throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production machinery.
Set up and make basic machine adjustments as needed.
Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation.
Inspect finished products for quality and defects.
Keep machines supplied with necessary materials.
Identify and report equipment or production issues.
Package, stack, or organize finished products as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all company safety and machine operating procedures.
Assist with additional production duties as needed.

Required Skills:

Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn production equipment.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.

Compensation:$15.00 per hour
