Job Description

Palletizer / Machine Operator
Penmac Staffing is seeking dependable Palletizers / Machine Operators for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a local manufacturing client in the Carthage area. This is a fast-paced production environment where employees play a key role in preparing products for shipment. Starting pay is $17.25 per hour, with opportunities for pay increases and long-term growth after being hired on by the client.Requirements for the Palletizer / Machine Operator

Ability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly throughout the shift
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Ability to follow diagrams, instructions, and pallet patterns accurately
Strong attention to detail and safety practices
Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
Previous machine operation or production experience is helpful but not required

Palletizer / Machine Operator Responsibilities

Operate production machinery according to established procedures
Remove boxes of finished product from production lines quickly and efficiently
Stack and organize products onto pallets based on specific diagrams and palletizing requirements
Ensure pallets are built correctly and prepared for wrapping and shipment
Monitor product quality and report any issues to supervisors
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Support production goals by keeping pace with line speeds and workflow demands
