This role ensures production runs efficiently while maintaining quality standards, monitoring equipment performance, and following all plant safety procedures.Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production machinery used in the plastic manufacturing process.
Load, monitor, and process poly resin beads through production equipment.
Perform routine equipment inspections and make basic machine adjustments.
Monitor product quality and complete required quality checks.
Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and communicate larger concerns to maintenance.
Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
Keep work areas clean and organized while following all housekeeping standards.
Follow all safety, environmental, and operating procedures at all times.
Work effectively with team members to meet daily production goals.
