Job Description

Maintenance Technician (1st Shift) – Food Processing Facility – Marshfield, MO Penmac Staffing is hiring a reliable Maintenance Technician for a first shift role in a food processing facility in Marshfield, MO. This Maintenance Technician position is responsible for supporting production by maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure safe, efficient operations. Requirements for the Maintenance Technician:

Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment preferred
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment issues
Understanding of safety and sanitation standards in a food production setting
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment screening

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance on production equipment and machinery
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues
Complete preventive maintenance tasks to minimise downtime
Ensure equipment meets safety and food safety standards
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
Work closely with production teams to support operational goals

Schedule and Pay for the Maintenance Technician:

First shift (exact hours to be confirmed)
Monday through Friday
Pay: Based on experience $20+
