Penmac Staffing's manufacturing partner in the Brainerd area is growing and seeking reliable team members for several full-time opportunities on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Current Openings & PayPackaging Specialist

1st Shift: $18.00/hour
2nd Shift: $20.00/hour
3rd Shift: $22.00/hour

Former Router Operator

2nd Shift: $20.00/hour
3rd Shift: $22.00/hour

Rotomold Operator

1st Shift: $20.00/hour
2nd Shift: $22.00/hour

Maintenance Technician

2nd Shift: $26.00-$30.00/hour, based on experience
3rd Shift: $28.00-$32.00/hour, based on experience

Shipping / Material Handler

1st Shift: $19.00-$24.00/hour, based on experience

Manufacturing Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities vary by position and may include:

Operating manufacturing and production equipment
Packaging and inspecting finished products
Performing quality checks throughout the production process
Loading, unloading, and moving materials
Operating forklifts and material handling equipment (where applicable)
Completing production paperwork and maintaining accurate records
Following all safety procedures and company policies
Assisting with setup, troubleshooting, or maintenance duties depending on role

Requirements for Manufacturing Positions

High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required for all positions
Mechanical aptitude preferred for operator and maintenance roles
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable attendance and ability to work scheduled shift
Must be willing to submit to required pre-employment screenings
