Job Description

Penmac Staffing is seeking experienced MIG Welders for a full-time opportunity in the Shell Knob, Missouri area. Our client is a national leader in the manufacturing, construction, repair, and installation of commercial boat lifts and marine systems.Multiple positions are available. Starting Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Weekend Shift Available:
- Friday through Sunday
- Three 12-hour shifts (36 hours per week)

RequirementsCandidates should possess the following qualifications:

Previous MIG welding experience required
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and work instructions
Experience using hand and power tools
Forklift experience preferred
Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
Dependable attendance and strong attention to detail
Willingness to complete required pre-employment screenings

ResponsibilitiesAs a MIG Welder, you will assist in the fabrication and assembly of commercial boat lift and marine system components. Duties may include:

Welding assemblies according to shop drawings and specifications
Setting up, operating, and maintaining welding equipment
Inspecting completed welds for quality and accuracy
Using hand tools and fabrication equipment as needed
Operating a forklift to move materials and finished products
Following all workplace safety guidelines and procedures
Assisting with fabrication and production activities as assigned
