Operator/Parts Handler
Shift: All shifts
Schedule: Full-Time
Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Location: Flippin, ARPenmac Staffing is seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals for a position in Flippin, AR. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work and are comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Job Responsibilities

Count and package products according to established specifications.
Operate machinery
Inspect packaged products for quality and accuracy.
Organize materials and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Steel-toe shoes required.

Work EnvironmentThis position involves standing for extended periods, repetitive motion, and handling lightweight to moderately weighted products throughout the shift. Employees are expected to maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards.Compensation & Benefits

$15-18.00 per hour
Weekly pay
Full-time hours
