Production Operator – 1st Shift Location: Harrison, ARSchedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift (Full-Time)Pay: Starting at $14.25/hour and up, depending on experience Penmac Staffing is hiring a Production Operator for a 1st shift opportunity in Harrison, AR. This Production Operator role is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and want to build valuable skills. Requirements for the Production Operator:

Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
Dependable attendance and a positive work ethic

Production Operator Responsibilities:

Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
Follow work instructions and quality standards
Inspect products to ensure accuracy and quality
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist with general production duties as needed
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
