Job Description

Are you experienced with body shop work and comfortable using power tools? Penmac Staffing is seeking a Plastic Forming Technician for a full-time, long-term opportunity with a manufacturing client. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working with plastic components, and learning specialized production processes.RequirementsTo be considered for this position, candidates must:

Have previous body shop experience
Have experience using power tools, including hand drills and routers
Be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
Have strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Be dependable and able to work in a production environment
Be willing to learn new skills and manufacturing processes

ResponsibilitiesAs a Plastic Forming Technician, you will support the production process by trimming and finishing plastic parts after they have been removed from molds. This role requires precision and attention to detail to ensure parts are properly prepared for installation. Duties include:

Trimming and finishing molded plastic parts
Using hand drills, routers, and other hand tools safely and effectively
Inspecting parts for quality and accuracy
Performing final adjustments and trims before installation
Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Assisting with vacuum mold setup and production processes as skills develop
Following all safety procedures and production standards

Schedule and Pay

Full-Time
Monday through Friday
7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Pay: $16.00 per hour
