Job Description

Production Associate – $18/hr – 4-Day Workweek, 3-Day Weekends – Menahga, MN
Fridays off. $18/hour. Full-time, first shift.
Penmac Staffing is hiring Production Associates for a manufacturing facility in the Menahga area. You’ll work four 10-hour days, Monday through Thursday, and have most Fridays off. Extra hours are available when production needs them. No manufacturing experience? We’ll train motivated people.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM (some Fridays based on production needs)

What you’ll do

Run and monitor automated production equipment, including the computerized controls
Start up, set up, change over and shut down machines safely, and adjust settings for different product sizes
Inspect finished products to make sure they meet quality specs
Spot equipment issues early to keep the line running with little downtime or waste
Keep your work area clean, safe and organized
Work with your team to hit daily production goals

What you need

Manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train
Mechanical aptitude and a sharp eye for detail
Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand, lift and bend throughout the shift
Good communication and teamwork skills
