Production Operator - 1st & 2nd Shift OpportunitiesPenmac Staffing is hiring Production Operators for a leading manufacturing facility in the Brainerd area. These are full-time, long-term opportunities on both 1st and 2nd shift. If you enjoy hands-on work, operating equipment, and being part of a production team, we encourage you to apply!Production Operator RequirementsTo be successful in this role, candidates should:

Have previous manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
Be dependable, self-motivated, and willing to learn
Have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Work effectively independently and as part of a team
Possess basic troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Follow all safety policies and procedures
Be able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift more than 50 pounds
Be comfortable standing, walking, bending, squatting, and performing physical tasks throughout the shift

Production Operator ResponsibilitiesAs a Production Operator, you will help ensure production goals are met by:

Loading and unloading molds and materials
Operating rotational molding and related production equipment
Conducting tool and mold changes
Operating overhead hoists, pallet jacks, routers, impact wrenches, drills, torches, and other power tools
Performing quality inspections on finished products
Completing production paperwork and following established procedures
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
Assisting with other production duties as assigned

Schedule & Pay1st Shift Production Operator

Monday through Thursday
5:30 AM to 4:00 PM
$20.00 per hour
2 openings available

2nd Shift Production Operator

Monday through Thursday
3:45 PM to 2:15 AM
$21.00 per hour ($20.00 base pay plus $1.00 shift differential)
2 openings available

Work EnvironmentThis manufacturing environment may include:

Exposure to temperature changes, dust, fumes, and elevated noise levels
Working around moving equipment and machinery
Occasional work at heights
Frequent standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, and kneeling
