Production Operator – Eldon, MO
Penmac Staffing is hiring Production Operators in Eldon, MO for a manufacturing facility that values safety, quality, and teamwork. This Production Operator role is a great opportunity for dependable individuals seeking steady, full-time hours and competitive pay in a fast-paced production environment.
Pay: $16.25 – $17.25 per hour
Schedule: Full-time hours available

1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Requirements for the Production Operator

Basic computer skills
Ability to read work instructions and perform basic math
Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shift

Production Operator Responsibilities
As a Production Operator, you will play an important role in the manufacturing process by producing quality parts efficiently and safely.
Duties include:

Identifying required parts and loading them into machines or fixtures
Operating production equipment according to work instructions
Using small hand tools as needed
Inspecting and measuring finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Following all safety guidelines, plant rules, and standard operating procedures
