Job Description

Pay: $55,000 annually plus commission
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Work Setting: On-siteRequirementsPenmac Staffing is hiring a Project Manager / Manufacturing Estimator for a Springfield-area manufacturing company. This position combines project management, estimating, and inside sales responsibilities, making it an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys building customer relationships, managing projects, and driving business growth.
Qualified candidates should:

Have strong written and verbal communication skills
Possess excellent project management and organizational abilities
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Have a customer-focused mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships
Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Have experience in sales, estimating, project management, or manufacturing environments
Bachelor's degree preferred
Three to five years of related experience preferred

ResponsibilitiesAs a Project Manager / Manufacturing Estimator, you will serve as a key liaison between customers, sales representatives, and internal teams while managing projects from estimate through completion.
Responsibilities include:

Serving as the primary point of contact for customers and regional sales representatives
Preparing accurate estimates for commercial aluminum window and door projects
Managing projects from the quotation stage through order entry and production handoff
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and sales representatives
Collaborating with the sales team to achieve regional sales goals
Forecasting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance
Identifying new business opportunities and supporting customer retention efforts
Developing regional sales strategies that align with company objectives
Monitoring expenses to help maintain profitability goals
Staying informed on industry trends, products, and sales techniques
Participating in sales meetings and trade shows as needed
