Job Description

Quality Inspector / Bundler Day ShiftsPenmac Staffing is hiring Quality Inspectors / Bundlers for a leading manufacturing facility. These full-time, temp-to-hire positions are ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment. If you are looking for a climate-controlled, stable manufacturing position with potential of three-day weekends. This could be for you! As a Quality Inspector / Bundler, you will inspect finished boxes, package products according to specifications, and prepare orders for shipment.Pay and ScheduleDay Shift

Monday through Thursday / Overtime as required
6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
$15.00 per hour

Requirements for the Quality Inspector / Bundler

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Basic math skills for counting and calculating quantities
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
Ability to stand for 10-hour shifts
Dependable attendance and strong teamwork skills

Quality Inspector / Bundler Responsibilities

Inspect finished boxes for adhesive issues, soft edges, print defects, and other imperfections
Bundle and pack boxes into shipping cartons according to specifications
Calculate quantities per carton to maximize space and material usage
Stack completed cartons on pallets for shipment
Monitor quality standards and notify team leaders when reject rates exceed acceptable limits
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist with shift-end cleanup and other production duties as assigned
