RN $38–$41/hr | LPN $28–$31/hr – Direct Hire, Full-Time Evenings – Wadena, MN
A permanent position with steady evening hours, caring for residents you’ll get to know.
Penmac Staffing is hiring an RN or LPN for a direct hire position with a resident care team in Wadena. You’ll work a consistent 2:00–10:30 PM shift on a team that focuses on compassionate, high-quality care, and you’ll build real relationships with residents and coworkers.
At a glance

RN pay: $38.00–$41.00 per hour
LPN pay: $28.00–$31.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, every other weekend

What you’ll do

Give quality nursing care that protects each resident’s comfort, dignity and safety
Give medications, treatments and procedures within your scope of practice
Watch for changes in residents’ conditions and report them to the care team
Keep documentation and medical records accurate and up to date
Help with admissions, transfers, individual care plans and daily care
Work alongside CNAs and the care team, following infection control and safety standards (RNs may also help supervise CNAs and support staff)

What you need

Current Minnesota RN or LPN license, from an accredited nursing program
Current CPR certification
Knowledge of nursing practices and state healthcare regulations
Strong communication skills with residents, families and the care team
Ability to stand, walk and give hands-on care for the whole shift, including helping residents move
Willing to pass a criminal background check
