Job Description

Job Title: Returns Associate
Location: Greenfield, MO
Employment Type: Full-time
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm
Summary of the Role:The Returns Associate will assist with processing and organizing returned products in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The primary responsibility will be sorting and moving products to the correct pallets while accurately counting and tracking inventory. This position requires good counting skills, basic computer abilities, and occasional forklift operation.
Key Responsibilities:

Sort returned products and move them to the appropriate pallets.
Accurately count products and verify quantities.
Organize and separate products based on item or inventory requirements.
Use basic computer systems to enter or look up product information.
Ensure products are placed on the correct pallets and in designated areas.
Occasionally operate a forklift to move pallets and materials.
Assist with moving, stacking, and organizing products throughout the warehouse.
Identify and report inventory or product discrepancies.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all warehouse and forklift safety procedures.
Assist with additional warehouse and returns duties as needed.

Required Skills:

Strong counting and basic math skills.
Basic computer skills.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to organize and sort products efficiently.
Ability to work at a steady pace in a warehouse environment.
Ability to lift, move, and handle products throughout the shift.
Ability to occasionally operate a forklift safely.
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
Previous warehouse, inventory, returns, or forklift experience preferred.

Compensation:$15.00 per hour
