Now Hiring Rubber Molders in Aitkin, MN! Penmac Staffing is partnering with a leading manufacturer in the Aitkin area to fill full-time Rubber Molder positions on both 1st and 2nd shift. Monday through Thursday
6:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Starting pay: $16.00/hour

2nd Shift

Monday through Thursday
4:00 PM to 2:00 AM
Starting pay: $16.75/hour

Plus: Receive a $1.00/hour raise after successfully completing the 480-hour probationary period.Rubber Molder ResponsibilitiesAs a Rubber Molder, you will play an important role in the manufacturing process by ensuring quality parts are produced efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities include:

Selecting the correct materials, tools, and press settings
Following work instructions and production procedures
Measuring and weighing materials accurately
Inspecting finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
Trimming parts as needed
Packaging products and maintaining accurate counts
Maintaining a safe and organized work area

Requirements for the Rubber Molder

Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
Ability to follow written work instructions
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, steel-toe footwear, gloves, and arm guards
Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds
Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screening
