Job Description

Job Title: Server
Location: Monkey Island, OK
Employment Type: Part-time
Shift: Friday–Sunday, 4:00pm–12:00am
Summary of the Role:The Server is responsible for providing friendly, attentive service to guests in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This position involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a positive dining experience from arrival through the completion of their meal.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Deliver food and drinks to guests in a timely manner.
Check on guests throughout their dining experience and respond to requests.
Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and other restaurant staff.
Process guest payments and handle transactions accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant procedures.
Assist team members during busy service periods.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

Strong customer service and communication skills.
Friendly and professional attitude.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Dependable and able to work the full Friday–Sunday schedule.
Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to guest needs.
Previous serving or restaurant experience preferred.

Compensation:$6.00 per hour + tips
