Special Education ParaprofessionalLooking for a flexible opportunity in education? Penmac Staffing is seeking dependable and caring individuals to work as Special Education Paraprofessionals for a local school district in the Neosho area. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with students and want the flexibility to choose when they work.Requirements for the Special Education Paraprofessional

Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and school staff
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Dependable and professional attendance
Ability to follow classroom and student support plans
Must be willing to submit to any required background checks or screenings
Must complete required training courses prior to being able to be considered (Call our office today and ask for our Education Coordinator for more details.)

Special Education Paraprofessional Responsibilities

Assist teachers in supporting students with special needs
Help students with classroom activities and daily routines
Encourage a positive and inclusive learning environment
Provide one-on-one or small group assistance as directed by school staff
Support students with academic, behavioral, and social development goals
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Pay and Schedule

Starting pay: $100.00 per day
Paid weekly
Flexible scheduling with the ability to choose when you work
School-day hours
