Substitute Teachers play a vital role in providing quality education to our children. You will have the flexibility of creating your own schedule, weekly pay, health insurance options and retirement benefit options.

Hourly pay rates equivalent to $15.63-$18.75
Paid weekly

Specific daily pay rates will be provided for each assignment
Responsibilities

Follow lesson plans
Manage classroom behavior and encourage students
Supervise students

Requirements

Have at least 36 college credit hours in ANY subject OR complete a provided 20 hour course
Complete a fingerprint and background check (Must contact Penmac before completing this step)
Complete required training provided by Penmac
