11:00 PM – 7:15 AMPay: $32.00/hourWhat You'll Do

Lead, coach, and motivate your production team to achieve safety, quality, and production goals.
Ensure efficient operation of injection molding machines and manufacturing processes.
Train new team members and promote a positive, accountable work environment.
Monitor production performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and production departments to keep operations running smoothly.
Promote continuous improvement while maintaining high standards for safety and quality.
Set the example through strong leadership, communication, and teamwork.

What We're Looking For✔ Previous Team Lead or Production Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
✔ Hands-on injection molding experience is REQUIRED
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
✔ Self-motivated, dependable, and driven to help others succeed
