Job Description

Pay: $20.50 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

ResponsibilitiesAs a Tech Support Representative, you will provide support to technicians who call with technical issues and questions. Your role will focus on identifying problems, gathering information, and helping callers find effective solutions. Responsibilities include:

Responding to incoming technical support calls from technicians
Gathering information to understand reported issues
Troubleshooting problems and identifying root causes
Providing clear instructions and guidance to callers
Documenting support interactions accurately
Escalating complex issues when necessary
Following established processes and support procedures
Delivering professional and helpful customer service during every interaction
