Job Description

Penmac Staffing is now hiring for a Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver position with a well-established HVAC distribution company serving North and South Carolina. This is a great opportunity for dependable, motivated individuals looking for a long-term, temp-to-hire position with room for advancement and pay increases based on performance.Requirements for the Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of driving experience operating non-CDL box trucks
Valid DOT Medical Card required
Forklift experience preferred
Experience using barcode scanners preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver ResponsibilitiesAs a Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver, you will play an important role in daily warehouse operations and customer service by:

Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently
Pulling and preparing customer orders accurately
Stocking and organizing warehouse inventory
Delivering products to customers in a safe and professional manner
Operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts when needed
Using scanning technology to track inventory and orders
Providing friendly, professional service to customers
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Schedule:Full-Time

Monday through Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Pay & Opportunity

Starting pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour, depending on experience
Temp-to-hire opportunity
Potential for raises up to $20.00+ per hour after being hired on by the client company
