Parts Washer Operator - Day Shift - $14.00/HourThe Russellville Penmac Branch is hiring a Parts Washer Operator for a local manufacturing company. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a production environment and take pride in ensuring products meet quality standards. This full-time, day shift position focuses on cleaning and inspecting manufactured parts before they move to the next stage of production.Requirements for the Parts Washer Operator

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to identify dirty, damaged, or defective components
Basic safety knowledge for handling industrial cleaning chemicals
Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift parts as needed

Parts Washer Operator Responsibilities

Load raw or machined parts onto conveyor lines, racks, or automated wash baskets
Monitor chemical tank concentrations, water temperatures, and spray pressures to ensure proper cleaning performance
Inspect cleaned parts to verify they are free of dirt, residue, and contaminants before moving to the next production stage
Perform routine maintenance such as clearing minor blockages, refilling wash chemicals, and completing basic equipment safety checks
Report equipment issues or quality concerns to supervisors
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company quality standards and safety procedures

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
Frequent lifting, bending, reaching, and handling of parts
Ability to work safely around industrial washing equipment and cleaning chemicals

Pay and Schedule

Pay: $14.00 per hour
