Welder - 2nd ShiftPay: $22.00 per hour
Location: Heber Springs, AR
Schedule: Full-Time, 2nd Shift
Hours: Monday-Thursday, 7:00 PM-5:30 AM
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Penmac Staffing is seeking an experienced Welder for a full-time 2nd shift opportunity in Heber Springs. This is a great opportunity for individuals with MIG welding experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to read technical drawings, and a commitment to producing high-quality work.Requirements for the Welder

Minimum of 2 years of welding or manufacturing experience
Demonstrated proficiency with MIG welding techniques
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be willing to follow all safety procedures and quality standards

Welder Responsibilities

Perform general welding tasks using MIG welding techniques
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications to complete welding projects accurately
Maintain and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
Collaborate with production team members to identify and resolve welding-related issues
Follow all company safety policies and manufacturing procedures
Contribute to a productive and efficient work environment

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods
Frequent bending, reaching, and movement throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
Ability to work in an active manufacturing environment

Work EnvironmentThis position is located in a manufacturing facility where employees may be exposed to noise, heat, and other industrial conditions.
