Job Description

MIG Welder – Day Shift AvailablePenmac Staffing is hiring a MIG Welder for a full‑time, temp‑to‑hire manufacturing position in the Independence, KS area. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with MIG welding experience who enjoy hands‑on fabrication work in a fast‑paced production environment.Pay & Schedule

Day Shift and Night Shift
Pay: Starting at $18.22 Day, and 19.22 BOE

Requirements for the MIG Welder

MIG welding experience
Ability to read and interpret engineering prints
Basic math and measuring skills
Industrial welding experience or welding training preferred
Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check

MIG Welder Responsibilities

Read prints to determine materials and setup
Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy
Remove slag, spatter, and imperfections
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Perform other duties as assigned
